eWOW suite at the W Hotel
So over London Fashion Week its essential that I stay in London as my schedule is just manic. This season I was invited to stay for a few nights at the W Hotel which is perfect proximity to Brewer Street Car Park ( the hub of LFW) and Fashion Scout at Freemasons.
The W Hotel in London is located right next to Leicester Square and Chinatown, so I couldn't ask for more central than this. For those of you who do know me personally or have been reading my blog for years you will know that my style at home and with interiors is ultra minimal. I love modern and sleek designs but merge that with art and fashion and I'm in heaven. I have been lucky enough in my career to be invited to stay at some of the most incredible resorts and locations around the world and would truly say that the eWOW suite and my stay at the W completely blew me away.
Ok I have to geek out here on the actual bits you get in the suite, as you walk in its just stunning. The walls are covered in mirrors or iconic art. Lets just be clear eWOW stands for EXTREME WOW and its so true. Inspired by London's movie, music and fashion scene, the E WOW is as much a place to revel as it is to recuperate. Set your own beat with the DJ station - complete with a selection of vinyl - in the living room and kick back with your party friends on a giant revolving chesterfield sofa in front of a bespoke Union Jack wall.
Sip and savour treats from your personalised bar while enjoying the latest movies on your flat screen TV complemented with a sound system, or take advantage of the dining area to throw your own dinner party.The living room with its revolving sofa, DJ station and bubble chair/swing is separate to the giant sized dining room where myself and the Ultimate Lifestylist team could all sit and go through our schedules for London Fashion Week.
My favourite bit though had to be the jacuzzi and four-person shower with a TV screen so at the end of the first evening I had a very long Jacuzzi while watching TV. I decided the room was far too nice to leave and choose to have breakfast in my room each morning, the scrambled eggs were the best! And a miracle happened, I don't know about you but I always take my workout stuff when I'm away but never use it. I actually had slept to well I was in their giant sized gym by 8am.
The only downside about the W, was that I had to leave ! I could have happily moved in permanently and made this my London residence, I wish.
I also popped to see the very talented designer Martine Jarlgaard at her worlds first mixed reality fashion which was also hosted in the hotel and had my braid done at the #Wfinishingtouches hub.
