Dining at Beaches Resort Negril, Jamaica
I've not long been back from an incredible week at Beaches Negril in Jamaica and I think pictures say a million words when it comes to food so wanted to share some of my pics from their fab restaurants on the resort. There's 9 restaurants which cater for all tastes. Service is fantastic and the food is just great. Don't forget the resort is also all-inclusive so you get to dine at any of the 9 eateries and when you are there don't pay a penny which feels so odd just walking away after an incredible meal.
Our personal favourites were definitely Kimono's, The Venetian and Stewfish. Kimonos boasts mouthwatering cuisine prepared by skillful chefs who entertain with tricks while cooking on an iron, flat surface grill, as guests await their exotic fare.
For the incredible views and food my award goes to Stewfish. This open-air restaurant offers an impressive selection of authentic Caribbean cuisine such as West Indies Pepperpot Soup, Jamaican Pepper Shrimp, and Lobster Bouillabaisse. Stewfish presents a winning combination of incredible food, a magical atmosphere where the fresh, open air adds to its undeniable charisma.
Then finally our other favourite was The Venetian. Omg the food was out of this world. Catering to the whole family, this fascinating restaurant reminiscent of the street cafes of Venice, offers juicy meats, fresh salads, and irresistible desserts, cocktails, and entrees including the enticing signature dish, Costolette D'Agnello Allo Scottadito (Grilled Rack of Lamb with Roasted Tomato, Black Olive, and Red Wine Reduction) and the specialty cocktail, the Sgroppino, a mix of lime sorbet, vodka, champagne, and mint. Younger guests can order from a separate children's menu and enjoy delicious cuisine and exotic kids cocktails including the Italian Creamsicle, a tasty blend of orange juice, vanilla ice cream, and milk.
